Poor Yankees

The Yankees got shut out again today, this time losing 7-0 to Oakland. Man, I hate the A's. All their players are so ugly, too. Well, A-Rod is eight homeruns away from 500. I don't know why this hasn't been hyped more than it has. Go Alex!

Cleveland played Tampa Bay again tonight. The Devilrays' pitching leads the league in strikeouts but has the worst ERA. Go figure. Anyway, it was Grady Sizemore bobble head night. I'm really bummed I missed that. Grady hit an RBI single and a two-run double. C.C. Sabathia gets his twelfth win of the season. He's doing great.

The Mets beat Philadelphia 8-3. Carlos Beltran hit two homeruns. He also hit two homeruns yesterday against the Phillies. Last season Beltran hit 2 homeruns in 2 consecutive games, as well. Interesting. Go Carlos!

Barry Bonds hit his 750th homerun yesterday. I'm so happy for him.
