The Orioles shut out the Yankees tonight, 4-0. Roger Clemens gets the loss. I'm really worried about him. He doesn't seem to be answering the call. Oh, well. Pitching has been a struggle for the Yankees all year.
Cleveland lost 13-7 to the A's. The Indians hit four homeruns and Oakland hit three. Oakland scored 9 runs in two innings. Boo.
Well, the Mets were ahead 2-0 over St. Louis into the sixth inning but the rain was coming down hard. So the Mets get the win.
I forgot to mention the meerkats in my previous post. They are so cute! The way they dig in the ground and watch the airplanes - so cute.
