Well, I went in to do my English lab this morning. One of the English teachers there told me that my teacher would be absent today. She is in Montana, tending to her mother who had a bad fall.
But I didn't think to ask if that meant class would be canceled.
So I went to class anyway. Two other people showed up and after fifteen minutes of class time I left. No teacher was there. But there was no sign on the door, like there usually is. So how did all the other kids know?
Anyway, I still have to go to math at five.

Grrrr... I can still remember how irritating that is... college teachers seem to be able to not show up for class.... that is so annoying... one of the downsides of the more free-wheeling college atmosphere....
